Tracy Quinlan

Tracy Quinlan was 45 years old when she was drowned in Lake Erie at Long Point Provincial Park. She was swimming with a friend about 18 to 30 meters from the shore when she went under. With the help of bystanders, Tracy was found and bring to the shore to give CPR before transporting her to local hospital where she was pronounced dead.
