Troy Cupid at Sauble Beach

Troy Cupid was 20 years old when he was pulled from the water near Sauble Beach Ontario. Bystanders says that they call the police when they saw a man go underneath the water and didn’t resurface. He was unresponsive when pulled to the shore. He was immediately taken to the local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
