Harris Water Treatment Plant, at Queen St. E and Blantyre Ave. A nurse who lives nearby performed CPR on the man who didn’t have a pulse. The rescue crew arrives at 8:30 am and they pull another man from the water. Both men were rushed to the hospital where they were pronounced dead.
