Victor Arce Jr. at Lake Erie’s Barcelona break wall

Victor Arce Jr. accidentally drowned himself at Lake Erie’s Barcelona break wall. Victor went swimming with his friends when he went underwater and didn’t resurface. His friends tried to find him but couldn’t. He went underwater for about 15-20 minutes before rescuers arrived at the scene and find his body. He was immediately taken to Westfield Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
