Victor O. Woolson at Lake Ontario

Victor O. Woolson a 19-year-old teen was drowned in Lake Ontario while swimming. The Oswego fire department responded to the call that a teen was in distress inside water. They immediately deploy its rescue boat “Beau” and sent units to the shoreline. They spotted Woolson floating about 20 yards from the shore and pulled him from the water. He was taken to Oswego Hospital where he was pronounced dead on Friday afternoon.
