Wilbert Hayes

Wilbert Hayes was 43 years old when he lost his life in Lake Michigan while swimming.

According to the report, Wilbert was an Engineer/EMT in the Chicago Fire Department.

Wilbert went swimming after completing his shift at about 7:30 a.m. and went underwater.

He was taken out in critical condition and transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
