Willie Bogan

Willie Bogan was just 10 year old when his body was found floating on Lake Michigan just north of the Racine Zoo and North Beach. He was disappeared in the choppy water on August 27. Willie was swimming with two other boys on that day when those two boys were rescued and saved but Willie went inside the water and later his body was found.
